Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS within 3 business days from purchase. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. If your order is taking longer than expected, please email lot1vintage@gmail.com to inquire.
Lot 1 Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be made directly to the carrier, USPS, by the customer.
Signature confirmation upon delivery may be added at our discretion for high value orders or orders sent to high traffic areas. Customers may also request signature confirmation by typing "signature confirmation" or similar into the comment box at checkout.
Free USPS priority shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders over $150 pre-tax.
PICK-UP IN STORE
We offer free in-store pick up at our only location at 79 Main St. Cortland, NY. Orders purchased through our website where pick-up is selected as the preferred delivery method at checkout will be available the next store business day, which may not be within 24 hours; i.e. online purchases made on Saturday, will not be available for pickup until opening on Tuesday.
A notification will be sent when your order is available to be picked up. Email lot1vintage@gmail.com with any problems. For a fast but informal response, you can send us a direct message on instagram.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost. When you place an order to be delivered outside the United States, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country. These fees, when applicable, will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
