Refund policy

Lot 1 Vintage currently does not offer returns. All sales are final.

Note that due to the nature of second-hand clothing and accessories, all items have varying degrees of wear which may or may not be stated explicitly in the listing. 

Sizing also varies between brand and decade. Measurements are provided, which we recommend comparing to your own clothes that have your preferred fit. If you need additional measurements or have questions about how measurements are taken, please reach out via email.

Do inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email immediately if an item is damaged, has a defect that impacts functionality, the size/measurement has been inaccurately described, or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate and resolve the issue. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
