Shipping & Refund Policies
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS within 3 business days from purchase. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance and will be calculated at checkout. All orders over 1lb will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders under 1lb may be shipped USPS First Class. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your package has shipped. If your order is taking longer than expected and you have not received an update or tracking information, please email email@example.com to resolve the issue.
Lot 1 Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be made directly to the carrier, USPS, by the customer.
Free USPS Priority shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 pre-tax.
PICK-UP IN STORE
We offer free in-store pick up at our only location at 79 Main St. Cortland, NY. Orders purchased through our website where pick-up is selected as the preferred delivery method at checkout will be available the next store business day, which may not be within 24 hours; i.e. online purchases made on Saturday, will not be available for pickup until opening on Tuesday.
A notification will be sent when your order is available to be picked up. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with any problems. For a fast but informal response, you can send us a direct message on instagram.
International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost. When you place an order to be delivered outside the United States, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country. These fees, when applicable, will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Lot 1 Vintage currently does not offer returns. All sales are final.
Note that due to the nature of second-hand clothing and accessories, all items have varying degrees of wear which may or may not be stated explicitly in the listing.
Do inspect your purchases upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, has a defect that impacts functionality, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
